We take great pride in the Droppure products ("Product(s)") that we sell to our customers and completely stand behind all of our Products and accessories. We know, however, that things can occasionally go awry despite our best efforts.
If you experience any problem with a Product purchased from us and believe it may be covered by our warranty, the following information explains our Product warranty and replacement procedures under our Product warranty.
Subject to the exclusions noted below, Droppure provides a 3 months warranty for our Products covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of our Product and cannot be transferred to any other party.
Our Product warranty does not cover damage resulting from any of the following: normal wear, alterations, abuse, taking apart of the Product, abrasion, improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, and/or natural breakdown of materials over a prolonged period.
EXCLUDING THE three months WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, DROPPURE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, DUTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
Droppure's, its affiliates and their suppliers' maximum liability hereunder is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product. DROPPURE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS LIABILITY EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT.
How to Request Replacement of Damaged Product Covered by Warranty
To seek replacement of your Product based upon our warranty, please do the following:
(i) contact our customer service department at info@Droppure.com; and
(ii) if after contacting our service representative, he/she determines that the damaged product may be eligible for replacement under our warranty, you will be requested to complete the Warranty Claim Form and enclose it with your Product for delivery to the address set forth below. The information supplied by you on the Warranty Claim Form is essential to us being able to try to assure expedient and proper processing of your warranty claim. Upon receipt of the Product (if requested) and Warranty Claim Form from you, we, in our sole discretion, will determine if the damaged Product is entitled to replacement under our warranty.

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the Product to us for replacement under our warranty. If we deem the Product returned by you to us qualifies for replacement under our warranty, we will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning a replacement Product to you.
Droppure is not responsible for any Products sent by you to us in connection with a warranty claim which are lost in the mail. We advise you to insure your package sent to us and get tracking information.
